ヘルスケアとは、健康維持・増進のための行為や健康管理のこと。昨今では、医師に頼らず自分で治療を行うセルフメディケーション（自己治療）が同様の意味で使われていることもある。

The twenty-first work that I choreographed.
Health care is the act of maintaining and improving health and health management. Nowadays, self-medication (self-medication), in which treatment is performed by oneself without relying on a doctor, is sometimes used with the same meaning.
