『ここまでの時間と、ここからの時間。』(2014)
三作目の振付作品。
Yahiro8, 振付家 斉藤成美と共に八広ダンスプロジェクトを開始し、約５ヶ月間、東京、八広という土地をリサーチし創作。八広という土地を通して、東京を知ること、また東京という概念を一から考え直す時間をいただいた。リサーチの中で、私はあたりまえのこんなことが気になる。ここまでの時間と、ここからの時間。ここに私は今いるけれど、永遠にはいられない。そして私がいないその場所には新しい誰かがいる。繰り返される日常、来る人、去る人… 時間の交差。yahiro8、生きている建築物。建築のもつ時間、演者の時間、観客の時間、まちの時間… たくさんの時間が交わることで起こる何かを信じて、この作品は生まれた。この作品をきっかけに、今でも私の中の東京は絶えず変化している。

“time until here, time from here.” (2014)
The third work that I choreographed.
I started the Yahiro Dance Project with Yahiro8, choreographer Narumi Saito, and for about 5 months I researched and created the land of Tokyo, Yahiro. Through the land of Yahiro, I had the time to learn about Tokyo and to reconsider the concept of Tokyo from scratch. In my research, I was curious about this. Time until here, time from here. I’m here now, but I can’t stay forever. And there’s someone new in that place where I’m not. Repeated everyday life, people who come, people who leave… Crossing time. yahiro8, a living building. The time of architecture, the time of performers, the time of spectators, the time of towns… Believing in what happens when a lot of time intersects, his work was born. With this work as a trigger, Tokyo in me is still changing.
